1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Delivery Areas
Stargas delivers across Gauteng, South Africa. Delivery availability may vary by area. Contact us to confirm delivery to your location.
1.2 Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery windows:
- Morning: 8:00 – 12:00
- Afternoon: 12:00 – 17:00
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by demand, traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will contact you if there are any delays.
1.3 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on your location. Some areas qualify for free delivery on orders above a certain value. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
1.4 Receiving Deliveries
An authorised person must be present to receive the delivery. For gas cylinder deliveries, the delivery driver will exchange or place cylinders in a safe, accessible location as agreed.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Gas Cylinders
Gas cylinders cannot be returned once filled or exchanged. If you receive a faulty or damaged cylinder, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2.2 Gas Accessories & Equipment
Unused and unopened gas accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- The item is in its original packaging and condition
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- The item has not been installed or used
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Filled gas cylinders
- Custom or made-to-order items (custom cages, manifolds)
- Installation services already performed
- Items damaged through misuse or negligence
3. Refunds
3.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds are processed for:
- Faulty or damaged products reported within 24 hours
- Eligible returns (as described above)
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
3.2 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
3.3 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the returns process will apply.

Please include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
