1. Shipping Overview

Stargas provides gas delivery and product shipping across Gauteng, South Africa. We use our own fleet for gas deliveries and partner with trusted courier services for accessories and equipment.

2. Delivery Methods

2.1 Gas Delivery (Own Fleet)

LPG gas cylinders and bulk gas are delivered by our own trained drivers. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday within our service areas.

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 – 13:00
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

2.2 Product Shipping (Courier)

Gas accessories, fittings, and equipment are shipped via courier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Gas Delivery: Free delivery available for qualifying areas and order values. Standard delivery fees apply for other areas — displayed at checkout.
  • Product Courier: Rates calculated by BobGo at checkout based on destination and package dimensions.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Gas Delivery (Gauteng): Same-day or next-day delivery depending on order time and availability
  • Product Courier (Gauteng): 1–3 business days
  • Product Courier (Other provinces): 3–5 business days

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to demand, stock availability, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your delivery status through our website or the courier's tracking page.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one available to receive), we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Failed deliveries may incur an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

7. Collection
