The double 48kg gas cylinder cage provides heavy-duty storage for two 48kg LPG gas cylinders. It is designed for industrial, commercial, and high-demand domestic gas installations where large cylinders require maximum protection. The cage supports safe LPG storage by keeping cylinders upright and ventilated. The open structure allows airflow around the cylinders, reducing the risk of gas accumulation. It suits factories, bulk gas installations, commercial kitchens, and plant rooms.
The frame uses 12.7mm x 12.7mm x 1.6mm mild steel square tubing at the collapsible joints. This provides strength for heavier cylinders. The roof uses 0.8mm cold-rolled mild steel to protect cylinders from weather and falling objects.
The collapsible design allows the cage to fold flat when not in use. This simplifies transport and storage despite the larger size.

- Coastal Area Protection
All gas cages installed or used in coastal areas must be treated with an additional rust-proof protective coating by the customer. While all Stargas cages are supplied with a powder-coated finish, coastal environments may accelerate corrosion due to exposure to salt and moisture. - Rust Disclaimer
Stargas will not be held responsible or liable for any rust or corrosion that develops on cages located in coastal areas, regardless of the standard powder-coated finish applied during manufacturing. - Maintenance Requirements
To ensure proper operation and extend the lifespan of the cage, all hinges must be lubricated at least once every 12 months as part of routine maintenance. - Limited Manufacturing Warranty
All customers purchasing a Stargas gas cage receive a limited manufacturing warranty of six (6) months from the date of purchase. - Warranty Coverage
The six-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental factors, neglect, improper maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or rust caused by exposure to coastal conditions. - Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is maintained according to the recommended care instructions and is used in an environment suitable for the product specifications.
